Want to try out the new X Sleeve on your existing setup? If you have ordered an X-Sleeve from us or if you have secured a section of a double walled section of your own, here are the installation instructions to get you going.
undo the clamps on the jet ski end of the hose (Speed Clamp end)
Speed Clamp flange end removed
remove previous strap from hose
to ease the telescoping of the two hose, fold the inner hose in half and tape about every 18 inches
short end of X Sleeve goes toward the end
feed through with the sewn webbing loop around the inner hose.
The sewn loop inside the X Sleeve wraps the supply hose inside the tube
the webbing loop should be about nine feet. three meters from the end of the hose.
assembled configuration
re-assemble the flange onto the end of the hose. Tighten clamps to 30 newtons per meter.
